Objective

On completion of this course, the student will have the detailed theoretical knowledge of the aircraft's applicable systems, their operation, maintenance and troubleshooting to Aircraft Maintenance Manual level:

  • Electrical, avionic systems and applicable components
  • Limited training in airframe and power plant systems
  • Limited training in equipment, interior and applicable components
  • Relevant in-service problems, bulletins and instructions
  • Use of the technical manuals as approved data and procedures
  • Knowledge of relevant inspections and limitations applicable to human and environmental factors
Prerequisites

To obtain a "Certificate of Recognition" the students should have the following prerequisites:

  • AML license or basic training for Part-66 B2
  • Airbus A330 (RR Trent 700 or GE CF6) Cat. B2 Part 66 license or equivalent training
  • Airbus A330 (PW4000) Cat B1 Part 66 license or successfully completed Airbus A330 (PW4000) Cat. B1.1 theory course (CoR issued)
