Objective

On completion of this course, the student will have the detailed theoretical knowledge of the aircraft's applicable systems, their operation, maintenance and troubleshooting to Aircraft Maintenance Manual level:

  • For electrical, airframe, power plant, avionic systems and applicable components
  • IFE (if installed): only common interface between aircraft and the different IFE systems
  • Relevant in-service problems, bulletins and instructions
  • Use of the technical manuals as approved data and procedures
  • Knowledge of relevant inspections and limitations applicable to human and environmental factors
Prerequisites

The students attending the course should have the following prerequisites: 

  • AML license or basic training for Part 66 B1 and/or B2
  • Airbus A319/A320/A321 (IAE V2500) or (CFM56) Cat. B1 and/or B2 AML or equivalent training

Examination
Closed book, multiple-choice with pass mark 75% per exam will be used for the theoretical training. Running Assessment will be perfomed during the practical training and will result in "passed" or "not passed"
